The first step is completely free and designed to assess your current compliance status.
By completing The Proactive Certainty Scorecard™ and joining us for a hands-on working session (60 minutes) you'll quickly identify areas of uncertainty and risk.
At the end of the session, you'll walk away with a clear understanding of your compliance situation and actionable steps you can take to improve your compliance.
Together, we'll decide if our program is the right fit for you to achieve long-term compliance success.

This isn't your typical training program - it's a (12+1) week engagement that will have you and your team actively involved in learning as you chart your existing compliance landscape.
Our approach is centred on being proactive and integrative and we're here to help you learn these important principles to make that happen. You'll have access to coaching sessions and weekly activities that will challenge you to think outside the box as you develop an improvement road map for your compliance program.
You'll need to set aside 4 hours per week (2 for training, 2 for assignments), but we promise it will be worth it. By the end of this engagement, you'll have a customized improvement road map for your targeted compliance program that will set you up for success.
Now that you have your improvement road map it's time to put it into action. The third step is where we get things moving, and we're excited to help you make it a success.
We take a modern approach to program development, using a LEAN/Systems framework influenced by Eric Ries' work on Lean Startup. Our focus is on system interactions, which enables us to get you to operational status faster than ever before.
And don't worry, we won't leave you to handle everything on your own. Our team will work alongside yours, providing the support and expertise needed to establish essential processes and behaviours that will take your program to operational status.
